For any appointment PLS write or call us  1 week prior to the day you wish to book an appointment 

Generally Our Booking Plan is done already from the beginning of the year to the end of the year.

In the event we have cancelations .will be a pleasure to receive you for any service 

All our services exclusively on RDV

RDV POLICY- SPA INSTITUT ANCA SERVICES

Institut Anca have a very strict RDV Policy .

In the event of a situation not under your control which can make you being in late to your appointment ,pls call us  prior to come.We will do our best to accommodate you .

In case of a NO SHOW without a  prior cancelation ,the full service price will be charge .A paypal invoice will be send to the client with the obligation to pay the full price of the service .

We will be sorry but we will not be able to promise a new appointment .in the future.

In the event we can find a replacement of your appointment-from our waiting list- we will contact you and refund the full price .
